Overactive Minds

Here, your relentless internal monologues are not problems to be solved, but voices to be heard. A quiet space for shared weight, not forced positivity.

You feel things a little more deeply than other people. Your mind never seems to quiet down. You replay conversations, worry about things that haven’t happened yet, or carry feelings that you don’t know how to explain.

You are struggling with your mental health. You live with a disability that others don’t understand. You’re going through something difficult that you haven’t told anyone about. Or you simply had a really hard day and need somewhere to let it all out.

Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you found us.

I created this space because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by your own thoughts and emotions. I know what it’s like to keep things inside because you don’t want to be judged, misunderstood, or told that you’re “too sensitive.”

But being sensitive doesn’t make you weak. Feeling deeply doesn’t make you broken. And needing to talk doesn’t make you a burden.

This is a place for real people with real stories.

I’ll share my own experiences, the beautiful moments, the painful ones, the mistakes, the lessons, the things I’ve overcome, and the things I’m still trying to understand. But I don’t want this website to be just about me.

I want it to become about us.

A community where you can share your story, release the thoughts you’ve been carrying, and finally get some of them off your chest. A place where you can say, “This happened to me,” or “This is what’s on my mind,” without having to pretend that everything is okay.

You don’t have to have the perfect words. You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t even have to know exactly what you’re feeling.

Just come as you are.

Someone here will understand your story because they’ve lived something similar. Someone will read your words on a difficult night and realize they’re not the only one. And somewhere along the way, we’ll remind each other that even when our minds tell us we’re alone, we really aren’t.

So tell your story. Vent. Laugh. Cry. Overthink. Be vulnerable. Be yourself.

Get it off your chest. Free your mind. Find your people.

Welcome to a place where your feelings matter, your story matters, and you matter.

The Internal Voice

After eight slow beautiful hours of cooking, it was time for the carbs. I had chosen linguine.

Here is where everything went south…

Deep down, I knew the right move: boil the pasta separately, then ladle the crock-pot beautiful existence over it. That was the plan. But against my own judgment, my overthinking brain took over the chef hat.

I snapped the dry linguine in half and threw it directly into the slow cooker.

It looked fine and smelled tasty. Can you see where this is going? I had second-guessed my own blueprint. By the time the noodles were fully cooked, they had absorbed all the liquid, turning the entire meal into a solid orange mush

Shared Weight

You are not alone in the quiet hum of your own mind. These are anonymous narratives from others who understand the untangled noise.

The Weight of What-Ifs

Every decision branches into a thousand ‘what-ifs,’ each path leading to a new anxiety. The weight of these unseen futures is often heavier than the present itself.

The Loop of Replay

A simple comment, a fleeting glance, an imagined slight. My mind takes these fragments and weaves them into an endless loop, replaying, dissecting, and distorting until dawn.

Finding Quiet in the Chaos

Sometimes, the most profound peace comes not from silencing the thoughts, but from acknowledging their presence and learning to sit with the chaos, even for a moment.

Life As I Know It

The stories behind who I am today. Take a look, it’s

quite possible we have more in common than you think.
